Ligure Residence's Suite is composed of three rooms each with private bathroom
and a private seafront terrace with comfortable sofas and sun loungers.
Exclusively on the terrace of the room called "SCIROCCO" there is an exclusive 2-person Jacuzzi.
A large shared lounge with “open space” kitchen complete the apartment where in the morning
a sweet and savory breakfast, croissants, pizza, jam, fresh fruit, Bio yogurt awaits you.
In the summertime you can also enjoy your breakfast at the seafront terrace.
Ligure Residence's Suite offers free WIFI and private parking, air-conditioned rooms,
LCD TVs, bathrooms with crystal shower, minibar and safe.

What to know:
- Animals are not allowed.
- Please note that a deposit of 200€ must be paid upon arrival. This will be returned at the time of check-out upon return of the keys.
- Please note that the full amount of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival.
- Please note that generally indicated prices include final cleaning and daily clear up of the apartment.
- Check in is from 16 to 19 p.m. - Check out is by 10 a.m.
- Included comfort service: on arrival you will find the double beds already prepared, toiletries kit in the bathroom and kitchen cleaning kit.
- Reservations are confirmed only upon sending a deposit of 30% of total stay or data transmission (number and expiration date) of valid credit card that is pre-authorized for the full amount.
- Cancellation policy is identical to other similar locations or web site. Bookings are refunded 100% up to 7 days before arrival without any penalty. Any cancelation closer to the arrival date is non-refundable.
- The number of people booked must include children even if newborns, the apartment has a maximum occupancy of 8 people to be respected.
- Visits to other people's apartments than those registered in the apartment are NOT allowed.
- Swimming pool, rental City Bike and children's play areas available at the Ligure Residence (located at the Suite side).
- Beach service provided by the reception desk.
Paid services on request (please ask for a quote tailored to you):
- Late check-out Valet apartment after 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Early check in delivery of the apartment before 16 p.m.

Exit Pietra Ligure, upon reaching Via Aurelia, follow towards Savona until you see on your right ‘Bagni Gianni Property’, then crossing to the left over the railway and through the crossing take your immediate left on Via C. Battisti, after a few meters, at address 257 you will find our entrance.
